System construction
This system is composed of telephone manager, main controller, some network thermostat, household appliance controllers. All parts communicate through RS485 bus (four-core cable) to form a centralized management control system.

System function
This system integrates under floor heating, compact central air conditioning, household appliance and safety alarm functions. It not only meets people's need for living convenience, comfort and safety, but also attains energy saving purpose. It has three control and operation modes:
- Telephone remote control
- To control the thermostat turning on/off, set-point, change mode, inquiry its status by telephone and realize online control of under floor heating system system.
- To remote control the switch on/off of household appliance (multiplex) by telephone.
- System fault, safety alarm will be automatically dialed to the telephone user set for alarming.
- Timer control
- Thermostats and household appliances can be set timer turned on or turned off.
- Manual operation on site
- Thermostats and household appliances can be operated on thermostat itself or by Central Management Console (CMC).
